Refund & Returns policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of it being delivered providing we are notified in writing (including email.) You then have a maximum of a further 14 days to return the item. Refunds will be issued upon successful return of the unused product which has not been used or opened in any way. The customer is responsible for the return costs and only the purchase price of the goods will be refunded and not the original delivery charges.

If your item(s) are lost in transit we will offer a full refund including delivery charges or a replacement.

If your item is faulty or broken then you must notify us within 3 days of delivery and a full refund including delivery charges or replacement will be offered. Should your item become faulty after this time then it is covered under the manufacturers guarantee and we can assist you in arranging a repair or replacement.

Please note items exempt from the returns process (unless faulty) is the flexible flue liner. This is cut to your specific required measurements and is therefore tailor made and not returnable.

We cannot be held responsible for any expense you may incur (such as paying an installer) for goods that are late in being delivered. We recommend you do not book an installer or fitter until you have successfully received your goods.
